It appears that Scott Frankum has found the new snake oil: authoritarianism disguised as the infallible, trust-me technocracy, selfless AI, and mysterious smart contracts. This cleverly disguised, too-smart-for-me, well-meaning (?), technocratic authoritarianism is in the end simply . . . authoritarianism.
